The peaceful hillside location in Sonnenland offers great facilities, decent-sized rooms with balconies and fresh towels, and excellent service.

The restaurant was very warm with the staff being very polite and helpful, we ordered excellent dishes. The location of the hotel was quiet and unbeatable - not very far from a whimsical amusement center. The check-in was quick, we liked wine bar...

Bamboo Garden, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Location near Holiday World. It was decidedly a best base for family.

Great location of the room, very quiet, I had an opportunity to relax.

The common space was really small, it was difficult to find a free sun bed by the pool, other guests occupied many of sun beds with towels for the entire day without ever using them and leaving people sitting on chairs, you should find a solution... in a week I was able to find a place after 17.00

The rooms here are spacious, bright, and come with a sitting area, a hair dryer, and a place to keep your luggage.

The complex is very nice, it's a pity that it's poorly advertised in Italy, great value for money .... comfortable rooms, good food, entertainment isn't annoying, the bar is open from 10.30 until 23.00, free shuttle to the beach of Maspalomas every day ... for those who want a week of relaxation I would say it's a great option.... I will definitely come back!

The karaoke evening was a bit of a disappointment, thinking that it was going to be English songs that we could all sing along.

The room was spotless and brand-new. The bathroom was nice looking.- The staff were amazingly friendly and took care of me.- The location was exceptionally nice and ideal for using taxis.

Helpful staff, non-intrusive entertainment, varied food, simple and always abundant until the closure of the restaurant. The facility is perfectly suited for the reception of people with limited mobility (including the ramp to enter the pool). Perfect cleaning of both the rooms and the common areas. Maybe a bit isolated but there is a free shuttle bus to the beach. Moreover, the taxi service is very cheap.

My kids and I enjoyed the residential setting and proximity to activities at this location.

Everything! All inclusive of high quality, good food and drinks, great pool bar, fantastic variety of food at the buffet, great Christmas dinner, helpful and multilingual staff, clean rooms, impeccable pool view.

The behaviour of the guests is deplorable: despite the prohibition, from about 6.00 a.m. they started to occupy the sun beds with towels: nobody has ever intervened (this aspect is to be improved, in other hotels there is a staff responsible for this).

In the room there was no double bed but two single beds and for us as couple it wasn't ok
